1. General

  • SCHÉIN reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under parental supervision.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to display product colours, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Handcrafted and embroidered products may have slight irregularities, which are part of the design and craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • SCHÉIN reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse service at its discretion.
  • Products are subject to availability. In the event of a stock discrepancy, we will notify you promptly.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways. SCHÉIN does not store your payment details.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters processing immediately.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-stitched or altered items are non-returnable.

6. Shipping

  • Domestic orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days and delivered within 7 working days.
  • International shipping timelines vary by location. SCHÉIN is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by destination countries.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of SCHÉIN and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SCHÉIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar.

10. Gift Card Terms

  • SCHÉIN Gift Cards are valid for purchases made only through our official website and authorized platforms.
  • Gift Cards are valid for a limited period from the date of purchase unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Lost, stolen, or expired Gift Cards will not be replaced or reissued.
  • Gift Cards can be used for full or partial payment depending on the available balance.
  • If the order amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
  • Multiple Gift Cards may not be combined in a single order unless specified.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
  • Discount coupons or promotional offers may not apply to Gift Card purchases.
  • SCHÉIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse Gift Cards suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Any unused balance remaining after expiry will not be refunded or credited.
  • SCHÉIN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
